plant exchange
What started as a simple idea dreamed up by two plant-loving friends in 2023 has blossomed into a thriving, multi-seasonal community! 🌿The Sydenstricker Community Plant Exchange has grown every year, and we couldn't do it without the help of everyone who participates! Want to trade cuttings, share seeds, or grow your collection? Come visit our physical setup at the schoolhouse! 🏫 We are open for two distinct exchange seasons: 🌸 Spring/Early Summer 🗓️ First weekend of May through the first weekend of July 🍂 Late Summer/Early Fall 🗓️ First weekend of September through mid-OctoberWHO ARE WE?
We are a small, all-volunteer team balancing busy lives and careers to keep this community project growing! We always welcome constructive ideas—and better yet, we’d love for you to join us to help make them happen. Please be kind; we're here to help, not to police the plants! 🌱 Want to pitch in with group admin, or get your hands dirty with gardening and landscaping at the schoolhouse?
